Cancellation windows are set per venue and are shown on the venue page before you pay — check them there rather than assuming a single policy.
Where a refund is due it goes back to your original payment method or your wallet, depending on the venue's setting.
Coaching programmes follow the academy's own term policy, since they are enrolments rather than one-off bookings.
