Questions about pricing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial — you can set up your venue, courts and pricing and take real bookings before paying anything. No card is needed to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays exactly where it is. You keep full read access to your bookings and reports, but changes are paused until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time from Billing in your dashboard. When you upgrade mid-period we credit the unused part of your current plan against the new one, so you only pay the difference.
What if I go over a limit?
You are told before it happens, on the billing screen. Going over a limit stops you creating new branches, courts, staff or bookings — it never affects the bookings you already have.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your dashboard, in one click. By default your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. Your invoices and payment history are kept either way.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You pay for the plan and keep your booking revenue. Payment gateway charges are between you and your payment provider.
Is GST included in these prices?
Prices are shown excluding tax. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout and itemised on your invoice.
